Zim mumbled in his sleep, making really no words but at least trying too. He didn't turn much, only when he was lying down on the gash in his head. Dib was sitting at his computer, reading some articals about the paranormal and checking up on the Swollen Eyeball to see if he ever got in trouble for telling Dark Booty about his life. Dark Booty would never rat him out, but every conversion is recorded and always looked over by the head owners of the Network. He knew he would be banned soon enough. He was sad that he would possibly never talk to his friend Dark Booty again, but was glad to know that this made Zim much safer. Once in awhile, Dib would look behind him once he heard Zim mumble something. His little antennas twitching a bit as he clawed at the blankets, and also snuggling down in the blankets more. Sometimes, Zim would sigh happily in his sleep from the comfort and quietness of the room. The only sound he was picking up was Dib breathing quietly, typing of the keyboard and the low buzz of the computer running. But nothing more then that, and he liked that far more then the T.V. blasted to 100, GIR screaming or something breaking in the other room. Zim loved the quietness of the room.

After a while, Zim woke up to the smell of waffles that swarmed into the room. He moaned a bit as he opened his eyes. Seeing a darken blurry figure. "Eh?" He said, still confused of what happened before he fell asleep.
"Oh, you're up." Dib said, shutting the door behind gently as he carried a plate of waffles for Zim. "I made you some food, I wasn't sure when you would wake up." Dib said, placing them down by teh table next to Zim.
Zim sat up in bed, rubbing his eyes. Feeling those horrible connects still in his eyes. He sighed as he pulled them out and placed them down by the waffles. He groaned, rubbing both eyes hard as his vision was blurry. "Why am I here?" He asked.
Dib was shocked at that and sat down in his computer chair across from Zim. "You don't remember?" He asked, fiddling with the him of his shirt as he watched the sleepy alien.
There was a long pause as Zim stared at the wall tiredly. He had never gotten that much sleep in ever. He batted his sleepy eyes as he tried to organize his tired mind. Then he finally remembered. "Oh yeah...the...banging thing, thats right."
Dib blushed at how the smaller male worded that. He coughed awkwardly and spun around in his chair a bit. "Are you feeling any better?" He asked, spinning slowly.
Zim grabbed the waffles. Starring at them, unsure if they were safe to eat. But he remembered the cookies, and they were safe right? But the alien still didn't trust Dib. He glared at Dib and handed him the plate. "Eat. Eat one. I don't trust you enough for me to eat first." He said seriously, ignoring the human's question.
Dib sighed, grabbing the plate. He took a big bite out of one, and chewed it lately. After he swallowed he waited a few seconds before telling Zim it was safe. Zim, however still didn't believe him as he stared at Dib for a long time. Seeing no effect on Dib, other then a red hew on his face. "Your face, it's turning red." He said emotionless. "You just killed yourself Dib, thats clear." Zim still didn't change his tone as he looked away from him.
Dib shook his head. "N-No. I'm blushing, I'm not dying. I-I was blushing because you kept staring at me. Thats a normal human thing." Dib said, rolling his chair closer to Zim, and handed him the plate. "Now YOU eat! I'm worried about you, from...what happened." The human's voice went quieter as he spoke the last part.
Zim snatched the plate and ate them. Chewing them with a frown, as if he hated them. But truly, he loved the waffles. They tasted far better then GIR's. Sometimes, GIR's waffles turned blue from too many blueberries. Those, tasted way to weird for him to finish.
"After these. I'm leaving." Zim said emotionless.
"W-What? B-But it's raining!" Dib said with a frown, not wanting Zim to leave. Zim's antenna went up and his eyes went wide. He pushed the blankets back and went to the window on Dib's bed. He pulled back the certain and saw it WAS raining like he said, and Zim didn't bath in paste today. Zim groaned, sitting there holding his head with annoyance. After a while, he got up. "I'm still leaving, no matter how tasty your waffles are." Zim mumbled and headed for the bedroom door. Dib quickly got up to stop Zim. "Why are you leaving? You can stay longer if you'd like." Dib would do anything to just spend more time with Zim. He wanted to turn things around so badly. He wanted to get to know Zim. A different Zim he has never seen. He saw a little bit of him earlier that day, when he was stroking his antenna and gave him those cookies. Zim had a different side, and he wanted to see it.
Zim just narrowed his eyes at Dib, eyes darting all over Dib's face. "No. I don't trust you." Zim went over to his wig and connects, putting them on. Dib groaned with annoyance and leaned against his bedroom door so Zim couldn't leave.
"Whats wrong with you?! You're emotionless it seems, you're a robot now Zim! Why aren't you yelling at me?! Slashing at me? Or trying ANYTHING to hurt me! You aren't yourself Zim! What the hell is wrong with you?" Dib yelled, not wanting to sound as forced and mean but he was so annoyed with Zim not trusting him.
Zim closed his eyes tight, narrowing his teeth towards the ground as he growled between the zipper like teeth. "YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I'M LIKE THIS?! IT'S-!...Because...Cause....I HAVE GASHING HOLE IN MY HEAD! SO THERE!" Zim yelled stepped closer to Dib with his hands tight in fits as he glared at Dib. "But what about YOU?!" He jabbed a finger into Dib's chest rudely. "YOU DIB-...S-STINK! WHY are you HELPING ZIM?! Taking care of him as if you...CARE!!!" Zim pushed Dib back into the door as Dib hissed in pain from the hard hit to the back. He went to speak, but Zim wasn't finished. "You don't CARE Dib, I KNOW IT! Why would you want to love an alien like me?! LIFELESS! MEANINGLESS! COLD! EVIL! J-Just...plan NOTHING!" Zim began to choke on his tears as now sadness filled his voice more then rage. Dib stared at Zim worriedly but Zim didn't care for that look. He whipped around and crawled onto the bed to the window. "I'm LEAVING!" He shouted before opening the window and jumping out. Dib rushed quickly to the bed as Zim jumped out. Zim heard Dib call out for him as he hit the ground, landing in a watery puddle. Although, he just rushed home in his tears. He ignored the rain hitting his flesh. He liked the pain, it felt as good and comforting as cutting himself.
Dib grabbed his trench coat. "Stupid stupid STUPID Z-ME! I'm STUPID!" Dib rushed down stairs and out the front door, not bothering to shut it as he went after Zim. 'Please be okay Zim.' He thought in his head as he called for Zim down the street, but the green alien was already out of sight. But that didn't make the lovestrucked human stop running to find him.
BLUE WAFFLES! Anywho, sorry it's late and wait. ENJOY Part 8!!
